Re: Pitch Change Problem

After making a recording, I noticed that there is a significant pitch/key change in the music. When listening to the recording on Auria Pro and through Focusrite Scarletti 18i8 first generation, the pitch is correct. However, if I disconnect from Scarletti and listen from the ipad speaker, the pitc...

Re: Google Drive?

I made a couple of videos for you guys to see how easy Auria saves and loads files to and from Google Drive. Hope this helps you out. iOS to and from cloud storage is through the files app now. Some iOS daws still use the old system but Auria uses the new files app in iOS. Cheers. Saving files from ...

Re: Auria and X touch

I sure wish they would at least automate pan?? It can’t be that hard?? The problem is that the iPad is a touch device unlike a desktop. MCU control allows for the Daw software to recognize that you touched the pan control on the MCU controller and it’s position like the faders do in Auria. In other...

Re: Auria and X touch

Unfortunately I don’t think there will be anymore updates to the MCU features in Auria any time soon. The good thing is that Auria still has more software control than any other iOS Daw. Cheers and thanks for using AuriaPro.

Re: Auria and X touch

Your settings are correct. The X Touch is an MCU controller. HUI is only available on the X-Touch but not the X-Touch compact or the X-Touch mini. HUI is really only meant for use with Pro Tools and not any other software as MCU is more integrated with the software and offers more control over the s...

Re: Can’t say what’s the real Db volume on automation

It is easy to copy your automation from one track to another. Simply double tap, hold and drag to create the grey area over the automation points you wish to copy, tap copy. Now select the track to copy to by taping the tracks header, tap paste. Your automation should now be copied. To copy an entir...

Re: Question about fader section.

No these marks represent Peak level and RMS level. RMS is the average lodness and Peak is the loudest measurement. Your input level is only on the channel strip when the track is engaged to record and that input level is set by your own input (ie. turn your mic pre gain up or down) or tap and hold t...

Re: Warping Question

One of the best ways to find out is to simply try it and see what happens as Auria has non destructive editing unless you exit the App. But in a nutshell, yes you can, simply set each track to warp(yellow light on) and tap multiselect, tap the two tracks to be warped and under EDIT tap audio quantiz...

Re: Song Pitch shift...

F you want to pitch shift an entire song than mix down your tracks to one stereo file and pitch shift or Pitch as its called in AuriaPro the entire track. Most hard disk recorders of the past only vari speed 10-15% of the origional speed. This amount is easily done in AuriaPro using the Pitch under ...

Re: Signal “pops” during recording

When using inter iOS apps with midi in Auriapro use only 44.1 khz and 512k buffer size as your lowest buffer size. Make sure your audio interface is locking in at 44.1khz. And finally if your runnng intense cpu apps and any of Aurias plugins than you may be getting a memory under run. Reboot your iP...

Re: Locator range

Dnt use markers to set mixdown ranges. Just double tp on the timeline to create a loop around the area you want to mixdown, use snap to bar for easy placement of the loop. Choose mixdown option LOCATOR RANGE and it should work fine. Markers 1-4 that you set n the editor are only used to jump from on...

Re: Talkback in Auria pro

Just plug a mic into your audio interface and set your channel to record ready in Auriapro and set your direct outputs of that channel to the headphone amp that you are sending the audio signal to the band so that they can hear it in their headphones. Cheers.
